You can shop in tax-free shops if you are flying abroad. You are not entitled to tax-free shopping on domestic Finnish flights. In addition, you are not entitled to make tax-free purchases upon arrival. When arriving, you will be served by shops in the arrivals hall and shops and kiosks located before the security control.
