Unfortunately, no changes can be made to reservations. You can enter the parking area at the earliest sixty (60) minutes before the starting time of your reservation period, and no later than the time at which the parking period is due to end.
P1 Premium and P2 parking areas
If your vehicle has changed, we can change the registration number on the reservation. In this matter, please contact the customer service. Contact details can be found below.
P3, P4 and P5 parking areas
If your vehicle has changed, you can drive to the parking area by using the QR-code in your reservation confirmation. If you encounter any problems or your QR-code is lost, please contact the customer service
