To claim a Tax Free refund, you must present the purchase receipt, the unused item, your passport, and your travel ticket. Your purchase receipts must also be approved by customs. Please note that customs generally stamps Tax Refund documents only when the Tax Refund service point is closed or unavailable.


If you are carrying the Tax Free item in your checked baggage, visit customs service point in the airport arrivals hall (1st floor) before checking in your luggage. Next to the Customs service point, you will find the following Tax Refund service points:


- Planet tax refunds

- Global Blue tax refunds 

- Tax refund boxes


If you are carrying the Tax Free item in your hand luggage, you may use the above-mentioned service points in the arrivals hall, as well as the following service points in the gate area:


- Customs service point at Gate 29

- Global Blue tax refunds  at Gate 50

- Or use the tax refund boxes to submit your receipts.
